Their story
Through the teachings, I have come to understand my identity in God in a much deeper way. I no longer see myself as someone who must live under the control of fear or be defined by the difficulties around me. I now see myself as a formidable force because of who I am in Christ.
Even when I find myself in a troubled environment, I can experience peace because I know that God has already fought for me and won the victory. I am learning to live from that place of victory rather than responding to life from fear.
My relationship with God has also changed. I have greater confidence in what His Word says about me, and His truth has brought peace into my life. When negative voices try to diminish my identity in Christ, I am learning to subject them to the Word of God instead of allowing them to define me.
The greatest impact The Anchored has had on me is helping me understand my identity in Christ. That understanding has changed how I see God, how I see myself and how I respond to the circumstances around me.
